Scrambled Day 10 Eggs

I incubate non-stop which means that every couple of days I am candling the 10th day eggs and pulling out the ones that are not developing. At first, I would throw them away, but that seemed very wasteful.

Now I crack them into my blender, add a little milk, scramble them up, chop them very fine and serve them to my antique kitty, to my ailing hens, and to my hatchlings.

If you are wondering what to serve your hatchlings that will make them love you, this is it. They will jump onto my hands and arm to get at the treats.

Just be sure to label them, so that the people you live with don’t get confused.
